The three-story atrium lobby of this classic 1980’s vintage office building needed to be invigorated. An under-stair in ground planter was removed, to receive a custom concierge desk and integrated bench seating. An existing wall was removed to allow the stair to float freely in the lobby. Furnishings were selected for their classic lines in keeping with the exposed architectural metals within the existing atrium. Paint color provides a warm background for the social areas.

LWDA is also performing Landscape Renovation services for this commercial building. The lobby design incorporated architectural themes from the pond outside into the interior. The project also includes a new vestibule and accessibility upgrades.
