computer programs, and writing skills. Intern
must be able to multi-task. The successful

of architecture and related design fields.
Requirements: Graphic design, Associate Degree
or Continuing Education in Interior Design,
Architecture or Landscape Architecture. 40hrs/wk.

This position will require
duties ranging from architectural drafting,
job captain project management, and / or designer
on architectural projects. Candidate must be
versatile in developing designs and translating
them into construction documents.
Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture degree
from an accredited program, candidate for licensure.
40hrs/wk.

ARCHITECT
8+ years experience
Design and develop architectural
projects and plans guided by direct Principal
interaction, into technical contract documents.
Candidate will be responsible for managing and
directing day-to-day activities of team members,
and coordination of project consultants.
Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture from
an accredited program; demonstrable work experience,
standard architect’s technical competence
in all types of construction; specification
coordination, consultant coordination, and free-hand
sketching ability. Licensure is a plus. 40hrs/wk.

DESIGNER
1+ years experience
Design
and develop site plans, landscape architectural,
and architectural projects guided by appropriate
architectural & landscape planning concepts
into schematic, design development and contract
documents. The successful candidate must exhibit
ability to converse, understand, and expand
design direction from Principal guidance.
Requirements: Master of Landscape Architecture
from an accredited program, The candidate must
provide demonstrated skills for preparing quality
presentations by using ArchiCAD, Photoshop,and
free hand sketching skills in various media.
40hrs/wk. Massachusetts prevailing wage $49,774.
